This 33-year-old lady was referred to our practice by a friend who had been pleased with the outcomes of her breast augmentation performed by Dr. Mosher. She had 3 children. She was wanting a fuller and still natural look as well as wanting to better fill out her clothes. In keeping with her goals and tailoring the operation to her anatomy, Style 410 highly cohesive silicone gel implants, size MF 295cc were choosen and placed in a subpectoral position. She was very happy with the natural results. Dr. Mosher notes that patients who do not want an overly round or artificial look will often benefit from Natrelle Style 410 implants. These implants are ideal for patients with a small amount of their own breast tissue and for those who prefer a natural final breast shape. Small asymmetries in her breasts were discussed pre-operatively and techniques used to minimize the differences for her final results. The scar in the folds are discreetly located.
