About Dr. Mathew Mosher

For more than 20 years, Dr. Mathew Mosher has been one of the most respected plastic surgeons in the Vancouver area, earning a reputation for natural-looking results that help patients look and feel their best. The Royal College-certified surgeon built his career on precision, patient education, and genuine partnership with everyone he treats.

After two decades in the operating room, Dr. Mosher has stepped back from surgery to focus his full attention on the nonsurgical side of his practice, including BOTOX Cosmetic®, dermal fillers, Morpheus8® radiofrequency microneedling, and laser- and light-based treatments that refresh and rejuvenate the skin.

Surgical Experience Behind Every Treatment

Dr. Mosher completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of Saskatchewan and a prestigious aesthetic surgery fellowship under internationally acclaimed plastic surgeon Dr. B. F. Connell in California. He earned his medical degree from the University of British Columbia and went on to receive advanced specialized training in aesthetic and reconstructive techniques in Toronto, Dallas, and Honolulu.

That depth of surgical training is exactly what sets his nonsurgical work apart today. Years spent operating on faces and bodies gave Dr. Mosher a detailed, hands-on understanding of how skin, muscle, and underlying structure work together and how they change over time.
