This patient sought out Dr. Mosher's expert opinion to address heaviness and asymmetry to her breasts. She was concerned about contour irregularities and differing breast volumes, particularly on the right side. After a comprehensive consultation, Dr. Mosher recommended a bilateral breast lift (Mastopexy) with a small reduction to the right breast only. The patient was hesitant to proceed with a larger procedure, due to the longer recovery period and asked for an alternative. Based on her realistic expectations and desired outcome for improved symmetry and not necessarily higher or rejuvenated breasts, Dr. Mosher developed an alternative plan to address her asymmetries only. 

Instead, targeted liposuction was performed to the right breast and right lateral chest to improve symmetry. Additional liposuction to both axillary regions helped further smooth out the overall contour.

The patient experienced improvement in the balance between the breasts and a more refined transition through the chest and axillae. This approach minimized visible scarring and addressed the patient's primary goals. The before and after photos demonstrate the more symmetrical and natural result following the liposuction.
