This patient sought Breast Augmentation and Lift in Vancouver to address changes in breast shape and volume that occurred after completing her family. After thorough consultation, Dr. Mosher recommended a Breast Augmentation in combination with a standard mastopexy.  Mentor High Profile 375cc silicone implants were beneath the muscle (submuscular). A standard mastopexy technique was performed to further address asymmetries and improve breast shape. 

Post operative photos were taken 4 months after surgery and showcase the desired enhanced volume, improve symmetry, and more defined upper pole fullness. Her mastopexy scars are still early in the healing stage and will continue to fade with time and proper sun protection.
