Breast Lift Before & After Case 274

This 35 year old mother of 3 came to the office concerned about the aging of her breast shape. She was wearing a size 36 D. Her goal was to keep a natural shape.

We discussed improving the position and symmetry of her breasts. She declined breast implant augmentation to address the upper breast emptiness. A breast lift was performed bilaterally. A small reduction was performed to the left breast and fat transfer was performed to both breasts to add volume to the upper pole of the breast. 

Approximately 40-50 cc of fat was transferred to each breast.
