This 44 year old, 5' '7" 160 lb man was bothered by the contour of his chest. The fullness to his chest had been present for approximately 15 years. Despite substantial weight loss and excellent fitness the excess volume to his chest persisted. Previous treatments such as CoolSculpting™ performed elsewhere had not achieved any improvement.
During consultation combination surgical management was discussed and recommended. SmartLipo Triplex™ combined with direct surgical excision was performed.
The photos were taken 9 months after surgery.
