55 year old woman, 5' 4" tall and 140 lbs.

This woman had considered liposuction for many years. She wanted to reduce the fat on her waistline and abdomen that would not go away with exercise and dieting. She had looked into having this surgery on several occasions but the risks of the surgery and the need for a general anesthetic worried her.

During consultation it was felt that she was an excellent candidate to have liposuction. SmartLipo offered her the best opportunity for a quick recovery and if the torso was treated in stages, she would be able to have this surgery without an general anesthetic. She had SmartLipo of the abdomen and recovered uneventfully.

Her post-op photos are taken at 3 months after surgery where her weight was 138 lbs. During surgery, 1050 ml of fat was removed from the abdomen. She has noticed that her clothes are fitting better and she is considering having additional areas treated.
