Case Details
This 32 year old lady had successfully lost a large amount of weight and wanted to address the severe skin laxity that resulted. An extended incision abdominioplasty was recommended and carried out. Follow up photos are 3 months after the procedure.
Dr. Mosher comments: many more patients are having success with weight loss of more than 50 lbs. Restoring a more toned abdomen and breast is frequently requested and can be very rewarding for patients that have worked so hard to lose weight and improve their health. In most cases a single procedure can address the main problems of abdominal skin and muscular wall laxity.
