Four C-sections left her with very poor abdominal tone and a frustrating abdominal shape.
Post op photos are taken 3 months after an extended abdominoplasty.
Her weight after surgery was 187 lbs. and she lost nearly 4 inches at her waistline.
She is now considering liposuction of the hips and breast rejuvenation surgery which would further enhance her figure.
