Breast Augmentation and Lift Before & After Case 371

This patient came to our office wanting to improve the shape and volume of her breasts after substantial weight loss.

Dr. Mosher discussed her options and recommended a standard lift with small implants to enhance the appearance of her breasts. Implants alone would not address her concerns with the shape of her breasts. 

This patient selected Moderate Plus Profile, 325 cc, smooth silicone gel implants. This implant was recommended by Dr. Mosher based on this patient's anatomy and breast tissue. A standard breast lift was also performed. 

Photos were taken 4 months after her surgery. She was very pleased with her results. 

Her mastopexy scars are as expected at this early time in her post-operative healing and will continue to fade over the next 6 months.
