Case Details
This 38 year old lady wanted to add volume to her breasts after having 2 children and breast feeding for 2 years. Her breasts had a natural shape that had stretched with pregnancies. During her consultation the risks and benefits of breast augmentation were discussed with her. To achieve the look she wanted highly cohesive gel Inspira 370cc implants were placed in a subpectoral position through a crease incision.
Photos were taken at 3 months post op. She was very happy with her results.
