5' '7" weighing 128 lbs. This healthy and fit 53 year old mother of one was bothered by the small size of her breasts. She was hoping to improve her proportions and achieve a much fuller but still natural looking breast.
Dual plane or sub-pectoral breast augmentation with Inspira cohesive silicone gel implants SSF 435 cc were recommended and used. The patient was very happy with the size and full shape of her breasts after surgery.
The after photos were taken 3 months post op.
