Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 180

This 25 year old woman had always been bothered by the small size of her breasts and was looking to acheive a larger than average final breast volume. She had small tubular shaped breasts which limited the size of implant recommended due to an increase risk of lower pole creases and indentations that comes with tubular breasts. Subpectoral augmentation was recommended with the possibility of a future peri-areolar breast lift and tubular breast shape corrections. Inspira 385 cc round silicone gel implants were selected.

The patient was wearing an A cup prior to surgery and is now wearing a D cup. She is very happy with the results of her surgery. the after photos were taken 3 months post-surgery.
