After 2 children, this 31 year old woman was looking to restore her breasts to their original "pre-children state". Her goal was to achieve a natural-looking increase in size and volume.
Inspira SRF 365 gel implants were chosen after discussing all options with Dr. Mosher. The implants were placed in the sub-pectoral position with an inframammary crease incision to achieve the desired results and minimize scar visibility.
Post-operative photos were taken at 3 month follow-up appointment.
