Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 194

This 39 year old lady visited Dr. Mosher to discuss her options for modest breast augmentation.  She felt her breasts lost a lot of volume after having children and was looking to achieve a modest increase in size, while restoring the overall shape of her breasts.
After discussing all possible options in-our office and considering the results simulated with the Vectra 3D imaging program, this patient agreed that the recommended Inspira low-projection cohesive gel implant would provide the desired increase in volume.  The patient selected an Inspira SRLP 220 implant placed in the sub-pectoral position.
Post-operative photos were taken 3 months after surgery. The patient is happy with her very natural looking results.
