Case Details
This 35 year old mother of two came to the office to discuss exchanging her breast implants. Her original breast surgery was with another surgeon 8 years ago. After having children, she felt her breasts had become saggy, uneven and heavy.
During her consultation with Dr. Mosher, she was given options for surgery to address her concerns. Dr. Mosher recommended reducing her implant size to alleviate her breast 'heaviness". A standard mastopexy (breast lift) was performed at the time of exchanging her implants to tailor and rejuvenate the appearance of her breasts.
Implants downsized from 350 cc to 295 cc.
Photos were taken 3.5 months post operation.
