Case Details
This patient was interested in reducing the size and weight of her breasts. She had a modest saline-filled sub-pectoral implants that she no longer felt were needed.
During consultation Dr. Mosher reviewed the need for a breast lift at the time of implant removal to re-position her breasts and create a more youthful appearance. Fat transfer to the breast was discussed to enhance breast volume without implants. The patient decided to forgo fat transfer and to reassess need after healing from breast lift.
Photos were taken 5 months after surgery.
