This beautiful patient was looking to rejuvenate the appearance of her breasts and tighten and firm her abdomen.
Dr. Mosher had performed her original breast surgery 20 years ago. She wanted to remain the same size, but wanted higher and more 'perky' breasts.
Dr. Mosher performed a standard breast lift, implant exchange and capsule tightening for this patient. Her old 270cc gel implants were exchange for low profile 260cc silicone gel implants.
Dr. Mosher also performed a standard tummy tuck at the time of her breast surgery.
Photos were taken at her 5 month follow up visit.
