This patient was seen in consultation for revision breast & abdomen surgery to address changes she noticed since her previous operations 16 years ago. She expressed concerns about the appearance and feel of her breasts with her current textured silicone implants. In addition to these concerns, she sought treatment for abdominal laxity, particularly in the upper abdomen.

The surgical plan included removing the existing textured breast implants, performing a standard breast lift, and replacing them with smaller, smooth-shelled cohesive silicone gel implants. Capsular modification was completed to create an optimal foundation for the revised implants. For abdominal contouring, a reverse tummy tuck technique was selected to target the upper abdominal laxity, as this area demonstrated most of the excess skin and tissue.

The outcome led to a more refined upper abdominal contour and improved breast symmetry and comfort.
