Case Details
This patient wanted to increase her implant size and reposition her breast tissue after experiencing some general skin aging.
She had her original breast augmentation with Dr. Mosher 20 years ago with High Profile 350cc silicone gel implants. In consultation Dr. Mosher reviewed that her breast tissue was 'sliding down' the implant with the new skin laxity, which was changing the shape of her breast. Dr. Mosher recommended a larger, higher profile implant and a modification to the breast pocket to provide better support to her breast.
Photos were taken 3 months after surgery. She will continue to have some softening & settling of her breasts of the next 3-6 months
