Case Details
This 42 year old mother of 2 came to our office to discuss breast revision surgery. She was bothered by their position and the general appearance.
She previously had saline implants. It was recommended to switch to cohesive silicone gel to reduce the risk of visible rippling.
Inspira SSF Silicone Gel 485 cc (R), 520 cc (L) and were selected and placed in a subpectoral position.
Photos were taken 3 months post operation.
