Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 89

55 years of age this gentleman had been thinking about surgery off and on for a few years. His main goal was to address the heaviness to his upper eyelids and the bags under his eyes. He had recently lost 10 -15 pounds which added to the tired look he felt he had.

During examination it was seen that this patient had bilateral lateral brow ptosis that was worse on the right than the left. He had no lid ptosis but did have asymmetrical excess skin to upper eye lids and laxity to lower lid.
