Case Details
This 30 year old 5' 5" 135 lbs mother of three was bothered by loose skin and lack of volume to her breasts after having her children. Her breasts had slight asymmetries, poor tone and sagged without bra support.
A standard vertical mastopexy (breast lift) combined with augmentation was recommended and agreed upon. Inspira full projection 370 cc implants were positioned into a dual-plane location at the time of a standard breast lift. The photos were taken 4 months after surgery.
