Breast Augmentation and Lift Before & After Case 187

This 27 year old woman visited our office looking to address the loss of upper pole fullness and excessive laxity of her breasts resulting from her 20lbs weight loss. Her main goal was to restore shape of her breasts. 
In order to achieve her goals she needed more volume and a lift to reshape her breasts. Modest sized cohesive silicone implants were recommended to provide desired volume while still fitting her proportions. After discussing all options, this patient decided on the recommended Inspira SRM 295 cohesive gel implants placed in a sub-pectoral position and a standard Mastopexy was completed. The size and shape of the patient’s areolas was also corrected during surgery to match the proportions of her breasts.
Post-operative photos were taken 3 months after surgery. The appearance of her scars is typical of breast lift surgery and the patient is very happy with her results.
