Case Details
This 41 year old woman wanted to to add volume to her breasts. She had small B-cup breasts with a wide chest. She felt most comfortable proceeding with a saline filled implant. The tradeoffs between the different implants were discussed with her. A saline implant size 330 cc was placed into a subpectoral position. Final volume on the right was 350 cc and on the left 380 cc.
