Style 15 371 cc silicone gel implants were selected and placed into a sub-pectoral position. She is much happier with her proportions and shape.

Dr. Mosher notes that this patient has a constricted and tight breast envelope that increases the difficulty in achieving optimal outcomes. The tight lower breast often will not stretch proportionally resulting in a more round and prominent upper breast shape. Anatomical shaped, highly cohesive silicone gel implants that are smaller in size are usually recommended in these scenarios unless a rounded final appearance is requested. The prominence of the nipple and areolae is also often not greatly influenced by breast augmentation surgery as evidenced by this case.
