Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 192

This 42 year old woman was looking to restore fullness to her breasts after having children.
The different breast augmentation and implant options were discussed in-office with Dr. Mosher. This patient chose the recommended cohesive silicone gel implants placed into a sub-pectoral position. An Inspira implant was chosen with full projection profile to provide more upper pole fullness. A 385 cc implant was chosen for the right breast and 365 cc for the left to improve on the symmetry of her breasts.
Post-Op photos were taken after 4 months. The patient loves the achieved size and shape of her breasts.
