Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 69

37 year old women who is 5'7", 126 lbs. She was wanting to add fullness and firmness back to her breasts after having 2 children.

Natrelle Style 15 cohesive silicone gel implants were selected. Implant size was 304 cc placed  in a sub-pectoral position through a inframammary incision.

Dr. Mosher notes that when a round saline or older cohesive silicone gel implant of modest size is placed into a sub-pectoral location, the upper breast shape can look very natural. Similar results would have been achieved with a more highly cohesive gel shaped implant of similar size. Larger implants would have produced a more noticeable "bulge" to the upper breast.
