Case Details
Breast implant revision surgery is a frequently performed procedure at YES. This 32 year old woman came to the office to after noticing asymmetries of her breasts. A deflated left breast implant was diagnosed. Unilateral correction or bilateral changes were considered.
We used this opportunity to make a small increase in volume to both sides. 405 cc structured saline filled implants were chosen and filled deferentially to improve symmetry. 455 (R), 420 (L). Implants were placed into a dual plane location using the original crease incisions.
