Case Details
This lovely young woman from the Fraser Valley was looking to remove her implants, but was worried about the aesthetic appearance of her breasts with less volume.
Her original breast surgery was performed by Dr. Mosher 15 years ago and although she is still happy with the appearance of her breasts, she was ready to continue here next chapter without implants.
Dr. Mosher recommended a mastopexy (breast lift) at the time of breast implant removal with capsulectomy to help rejuvenate the appearance of her breasts. It was discussed that some upper pole fullness would be lost without implants. The patient was agreeable to this recommendation.
Photos were taken 3 months after surgery. Her scars are as to be expected with a breast lift and will continue to fade with time.
