Revision Breast Surgery Before & After Case 137

This 35 year old woman was concerned with asymmetries to her breasts. At a young age she underwent unilateral breast augmentation to the left breast with a reduction to the right breast to help decrease asymmetries. Since the original surgery she had two children and has noted further changes and asymmetries to her breasts.

A multi-stage surgical plan was recommended for this patient beginning with the deflation of her left saline breast implant. Several months later removal of the implant with breast augmentation of both breasts was performed using Inspira 270 cohesive gel implants with a left standard mastopexy. This patient is very happy with the improved shape and symmetry of her breasts.
