Case Details
This 27 year old woman came to discuss a secondary breast surgery. She had a breast augmentation a year earlier with another surgeon and felt the right breast was firmer and sitting higher compared to left breast. She was having intermittent discomfort to right breast that started a couple months before her consult with us.
Dr. Mosher recommended replacing the existing implant and Capsulotomy to reposition the implant within the breast pocket and reduce the excess upper pole fullness.
