Revision Breast Surgery Before & After Case 469

This returning client  from  Vancouver Island area came to see Dr. Mosher to discuss the removal and replacement of her implants. She was feeling that her implants were too big for this stage of her life and that there was intermittent tightness. 

During her consultation, Dr. Mosher reviewed that age and gravity related changes were affecting the aesthetics of her breasts. A capsular contracture was also contributing to the current appearance of her breasts.  Decreasing her implant size alone would result in more laxity to the breast. He recommended a lift at the time of the implant removal and replacement. 

These photos were taken at her 5-month follow-up . The patient was extremely happy with Dr. Mosher's recommendations to remove her 450cc implants and replace with  295cc.
