Case Details
This lovely woman came to see Dr. Mosher after she noticed her right breast had deflated. She had 35 year old saline implants and the right one had ruptured.
Her surgical options were discussed. She could choose to remove her implants or she could replace them with new implants. A lift was also discussed, however the patient did not want to have scars associated with the lifting procedure.
This woman chose to replace her saline implants with silicone gel implants of a similar size.
She exchanged her 334cc saline implants with 375cc Moderate Profile silicone implants.
