Liposuction Before & After Case 498

This patient saw Dr. Sofie Schlagintweit in consultation to address excess skin to her lower abdomen. 

A standard abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) was performed partnered with liposuction to her upper abdomen and flanks. 

Photos were taken at her 4 month post operative appointment. 

Her abdominoplasty scar is still early in its healing stages. It will continue to fade and lighten over the c course of the next 6 -12 months. Some surgical scars can take up to 2 years to fully heal. It all depends on your body. Scar fading products and/or laser treatments can be used to lighten and fade scars sooner.
