Breast Augmentation and Lift Before & After Case 455

This 28-year-old mother from the Fraser Valley area came to our office to discuss breast surgery with Dr. Sofie. She wanted to improve upon the deflation of her breasts after childbirth and breastfeeding.

During her consultation, Dr. Sofie discussed the patient's desired outcome and the surgical options available to achieve these results; and consulted her thoroughly on the risks, expectations, and limitations of breast surgery. It was recommended that a lift be performed along with a breast augmentation to ensure the best cosmetic result. Utilizing our Vectra 3D camera system, she was able to show the patient the general outcome of her recommendations; which was then agreed upon and carried out. The patient decided on 425cc smooth round moderate plus profile cohesive gel implants that were placed in a subpectoral position through a crease incision. These photos were taken 4-months post-op, and her scars are healing as expected at this stage.
