Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 489

This patient saw Dr. Sofie Schlagintweit in consultation to discuss restoring volume to her breasts. 

In reviewing her goals and unique anatomy, Dr. Sofie recommended silicone gel implants with a moderate or full projection. Although the patient has some sight asymmetries and laxity, a full mastopexy or lift was not recommended at this time, based on the patient's lifestyle. A lift could be considered down the road. 

The patient selected "Moderate Plus Xtra" profile implants, size 215cc. results are captured at her 3 month follow up appointment. 

Many patients get caught up on the "number" of ccs. This patient is a great example of how a 200cc implant can provide amble volume. The number of ccs that is best for each body can vary dramatically and provide a different look from one person to the next. This is why it is better to have an end 'look' in mind instead of a specific implant size/number.
