Breast Lift Before & After Case 518

This young woman was looking to restore volume to her breasts and to address the loose skin to her abdomen. 

She met with Dr. Sofie Schlagintweit in consultation to discuss her options.  Dr. Sofie reviewed that she still has a lot of her own breast tissue that could be 'repackaged' with a lift to create a more youthful look. An implant could be considered if she wanted a substantial size change, otherwise, a lift could be performed on its own. 

A standard tummy tuck without muscle tightening was performed to remove the excess skin post pregnancy. This patient also opted for a standard lift without implants. 

Photos were taken 4 months after surgery. Her incisions are healing as expected and will continue to lighten over the next 6-12 months.
