Case Details
This 45 year old woman came to the office to discuss revisional breast surgery. She was noticing changes to the changes of the shape to her right breast and had been experiencing some discomfort within this breast for a few months.
After examination, it was determined that her right breast had a grade 3 capsular contracture, causing the implant to sit higher and narrower. Revision options were discussed. A subpectoral capsulectomy of the right breast only was performed.
Photos are taken 6 months post operation.
