This 47-year-old patient from the Fraser Valley area came for a consultation with our Medspa to discuss his concerns of dark circles and under-eye aging. He was told by another clinic that the only treatment that would improve his concern would be under eye filler. He was not keen on this solution and wanted to explore other options.

After reviewing his treatment history, his Skin Specialist educated him on the genetic and physiological components of dark circles, specifically in South Asian skin types. She recommended a proper skincare regime consisting of sunscreen, vitamin C, and an eye cream by Alastin formulated to target all of his concerns. She also recommended a series of 3 PRP Under Eye Rejuvenation treatments, which were performed on a monthly basis by Dr. Lo. The combination of treatments and skin care resulted in improvements to under-eye hollowness, fine lines and wrinkles, and a brightening of his dark circles. These photos were taken 3 months following his last treatment, and he will continue to see improvements over the next few months. 1-2 treatments per year are recommended for the maintenance of results along with continued use of skin care.
