Revision Breast Surgery Before & After Case 497

This patient saw Dr. Sofie Schlagintweit in consultation regarding a ruptured & deflated saline implant. She was also looking to increase the volume to her breasts overall. 

During consultation, Dr. Sofie used the Vectra3D imaging software to calculate the patient's total breast volume. By comparing the non-deflated breast measurements to the breast with the deflated breast implant Dr. Sofie was able to recommend replacement implant sizes of the same or slightly larger volume.  It was determined this patient's original implants were likely around 400cc. 

Without the breast implant registration card from an original surgery, it can be very difficult to make recommendations on new sizing for revisional surgery.  It is important to keep your implant information stored somewhere safe! 

Dr. Sofie chose Moderate Profile 450cc Saline filled implants, filled to 540cc to create the full look the patient was desiring.
