Revision Breast Surgery Before & After Case 499

This patient came to see Dr. Sofie Schlagintweit with the goal of increasing her bust size further. Her original breast surgery was over 10 years ago with another surgeon. She is now looking for a larger and more 'round' look. 

In consultation, Dr. Sofie reviewed the limitations of breast augmentation surgery with regards to her natural breast width, tissue strength and proportional frame.  The patient currently had high profile 450cc implants. Based on her anatomical dimensions, a few different implant size options were provided. The patient selected High Profile Xtra 560cc silicone gel implants. 

Dr. Sofie Schlagintweit also performed a breast capsule modification at the time of implant exchange to tighten the breast pocket to better support the breast implant to prevent the breasts from falling to the sides of the body.
